Does anyone know where to buy and/or download the Network Music tracks? I love the songs, but they're pretty much impossible to find...

I found the song! 
I was a year off, the weather channel played it in April 2000. It's Jessica by the Allman Brothers Band.

been really busy lately, haven't been able to check this, anyway i believe it was the second quarter, and oddly enough i heard the exact same song in a store the other day. the guitar sounded muted, and it has piano in it, too.

There was a song i heard back in 1999 on the LF that includes electric guitar; smooth jazz, yet upbeat. The song has a relatively fast tempo, and Iv'e heard it elsewhere besides the LF, so it may have been a popular jazz song back then.
