My CC site had changed to Levittown after having Northeast Philadelphia Airport (abbreviated as "N. Phila Arpt.") as it's site since at least ten years ago.

If it's an intellistar, then it has HiRAD.

I thought so because the NWS only has Atlantic City airport as the nearest site

All IntelliStars use hirad, even if the CC site is an airport.

Confirmed, because it's difficult to tell when HiRad is down for me...the non-HiRad and HiRad site is the same in name (South Bend (Airport)).

That was the same case here in the Lower Bucks IntelliStar, until the past month when the HiRAD site changed.

I have a question, where in TWC do they program/make the music for the LocalOn the 8s? Is it in Master Control?

They don't MAKE any of it. But I believe the music man has his own room where he takes care of the music.
