Ad I saw... Local on the 8s on DISH?

I saw an ad tonight and last night featuring Jim Cantore claiming that DISH has an actual Local on the 8s in addition to the interactive feature. Is this true, or it is still just the interactive feature?

Most likely the same DirecTV feature. Either way it'll be interesting.

Darn, In other words, you never know when it's going to be on.

I happened to cap it along with the closing package to the MLB on TBS for the year. (which I happen to love)
