I am having an error come up when I start up the emulator and it says

Run-time error '-2147220850 (8004028e)'

File open error

New issue, new topic please.

What operating system are you using? After you installed the program from the installer, did you apply the update as noted? I have seen that you've worked with the configuration interface. The emulator did not query the server for your profile. Did you remember to set your ID in the setaffil program?

I am using Windows XP and I did apply the update and set my ID in the set affil. program.

I am not seeing your requests hit the authentication server. Can you please make sure that any firewall program that your running on your computer is not blocking internet access to it ?
