Excuse me?  I don't know whose dog that is, but I've never heard of dogs go to the bathroom EVERYWHERE in your house AND ATTACK PEOPLE.  That is very few.  Not EVERY dog does that.  My dog does neither.  It just depends on how you train them

Personally, I like an animal that you don't even have to train. It just automatically does what it's supposed to, in the proper place. Plus cat crap doesn't smell half as bad as dog crap.

But then again, All animals are different, have different personalities, etc.

Well, then your neighbor's either don't train the dog right, or they just don't like you .
