That's BS> Every time me or my brother ever had a flouride treatmnt they toldusnot to eat or drink for an hour. My brother didn't listen once and he puked as a result of eating too soon.

I've always been able to. Maybe i didn't eat "early enough" but I was able to eat pretty soon after.
