Personally, I think it's much better on the Mac, than on the PC. But there could be other factors involved.
Of course you would... you love Macs. :innocent:
That has nothing to do with it.

How could it not?
It's simple programs are built better on the Mac/UNIX platfortms. It's a matter of fact. Theres no opinion in it whatsoever. The fact is, DOS/Windows is an incredibly unstable platform, whereas UNIX-built systems are very stable.

so long story/drama time:

so basically today I opened up at my work, my manager and a cook, Eddie were there opening their stations as well.

Well, shortly after I arrived at work (9:30am) I saw my manager, Robert, take down a note posted next to our working schedules...at the time, I figured it was just for him. However an hour and a half later after I opened up the front of the house, Eddie and Jordan (new guy who I trained) were talking in the back, and somehow the note was brought up. I asked what it was about and Eddie told me he was able to read it before I did, and it said "Al & Jordan you both need to learn how to close up/re-stock - blah blah blah" after he told me, Jordan and I were pissed....Kim (evening shifts) posted it, she's a bitch - end of story

Well she is a little hypocrite, because SHE HERSELF didn't restock after closing last night, she also didn't wipe down the patio tables outside - they were dirty. So I was going to talk to my GM when she arrived later, and did. Around 3pm, I told my GM, Teresa - that I needed to talk to her about another employee, I told her Jordan and I were pissed she did that, and that another Employee, Raul, was sick of her immaturity.

So Teresa told me not to worry about what other people tell me, because she has to get on Kim's @!? all the time for not restocking, cleaning etc herself - and that Jordan and I are in fact doing our jobs right. After telling me that, she found the note that Robert had thrown away (obviously in the trash) and apparently what Kim wrote was bad enough to get herself written up.

anyone think I did the right thing? IN my defense, I was backing up my fellow trainee, and another employee.

I know about using webserver software on Windows, but not the Windows Server OS itself.

Yeah, I've been thinking about seeing that movie. I was going to see it today but seeing how it just came out the theater would probably be packed. I'll probably see it next weekend.

Yeah - that was my problem, I was using XP as a server, which Billy agreed, XP is NOT designed for, which is why I've got Windows Server 2003 now. :P

Not using Vista, for example.

So I went to the dentist this morning. I only brushed my teeth twice before hand, not seven times (cough Gil). Anyway, no cavities. :D

Hey, can I get you guys to check this page out?  I'm starting to work on a digital portfolio, and I would like some opinions on how my page is looking so far.  Content would go below the line (under the row of tabs), and the tabs would be navigation between the content.  None of those work right now.
