I have two questions:

Will .asf files be supported in Movie Maker?

and

I'm getting a WINTV HVR 950 tuner in the summer and to get the satellite channels, i simply plug in the composite cables to my receiver, right? I don't need to use the antenna?
As in, your hooking the STB to the Tuner? Either one would work, in that case. I use coaxial connections on mine, simply because its easier and is in all one cord.

I guess i could use coaxial cables. I tried to hook up my receiver via coaxial with my old Pinnacle tuner but none of the cable channels were recognized <_<

You have to put the tuner on Channel 3 and control it via the STB.

So when I open the tuner window, i set it to Channel 3? Or do you mean when i turn the TV on, it should be set to cable 3?

Turn your tuner to Channel 3, or the channel you would normally turn your TV to when you want to use the STB. Then just control the STB as you normally would.

Ok!

I found a model on Ebay for only 6 dollars. Is it worth purchasing it?

If it works and is in good condition, go for it. Make sure you read all of the terms and conditions carefully. Sometimes people like to screw ya with that.

And, how long is the cable? I hope it doesn't mean I have to go very close to the TV to get a good signal.

I have no idea. But you can use any RG-6 coaxial cable, of pretty much any length.

I took two years of Spanish in high school, so I speak it, albeit not too fluently. I can hold a basic conversation, so I suppose you could say I'm semi-fluent. For example (the wording, BTW will be right, but I don't know how to get Spanish symbols):

Me: Hola! Que tal?

You: Muy bien, por favor. E tu?

Me: Muy bien, por favor.

And so on and so forth. LOL, to be honest I'm surprised I've retained anything I learned in Spanish class. I always hated that class.

LOL, I guess I'm a bit rusty.  It's been about 7 years since my last Spanish class.  :footinmouth:

Well, I made it through day one of the ACT.  Wasn't as hard as I thought it would be.  The science one was the hardest.  It made no sence what-so-ever.  :hmm:  Oh well.

Tomorrow I take the Work Keys test..should be A LOT easier
