How much are Nano's?

$149 for the 4GB model, $199 for the 8GB one.

That's still alot of money, IMO. 

I agree. There are a lot of other players out there where you get more bang for the buck. You're paying for the Apple name when you get an iPod.

Gil, about 6 months ago (before I got my Zune from my bro) I went out and bought a @GB for $25. Could've got a 4 for $50. So don't tell me that's not expensive. Or, don't expect me to believe it at the very least.

It does NOTHING that's worth that kinda money. My Zune does nothing that is worth that kind of money. I'll gladly and readily admit that I overpaid grossly.

Believe me, I've used iPods before. I honestly didn't see what made it so special, and they're definitely not worth the price you pay for them. I would go as far to say Apple is price gouging them.

I got a 5 GB Creative Zen Micro back in 2005 for $130, and it does a lot more than what any $150 iPod can do (e.g. record audio, FM tuner).

Why did you waste so much money on a nano when you could have gotten any other MP3 player of similar size for a fraction of the cost?

I don't even know why anyone would want to watch video on such a small screen. You'd kill your eyes trying to watch video on a 2" screen.

Billy, I can relate to that really well. I have bad eyes as it is, and trying to watch video on a 2" screen would not go over very well.
