Can anyone load Facebook now?

EDIT: Back up...

Wow, neat! I think I wrote some stories for the yearbook... hopefully they're included this year.

On another subject, you have got to be kidding me
Hehe, I knew you would comment on that name. Looks like another bad race day though :( (last weekend's race in Fort Worth also got rained out and was pushed to Monday).
Just like 2007 (maybe 08) when all the races got canceled from rain. :(

On another subject, you have got to be kidding me
Yes. :bleh: j/k

Had a really busy week this past week. I had a lot of stuff due throughout the week. So glad the weekend is here, but I'll have to buckle back down next week in preparation for finals.

Good luck with finals ahead, Billy!  I always cringed with the amount of work sometimes due in the last weeks of a college semester, so I feel your pain.

Created a banner for Henry's grid, made with flash, all by mah self!
Flash is not as easy as you think <_<
http://www.hostanypic.com/show.php/6028_pear-grid-banner.swf.html

I'm planning on taking Flash classes next year. I heard feedback from some of my friends that Flash is very easy. I hope to give it a try, just like how I got my hands on with graphic design. :)

I am curious what is going to happen to flash. HTML5 is taking over video content and interactive material is decreasing significantly as ads and other content are not supported on some popular devices and brands. Flash is also extremely resource buggy and crashes all the time, for me anyway.  Adobe really needs to step up to the plate if the want to hope to succeed in the future. Their upcoming release is looking promising.  A step in the right direction

I'm still waiting for Adobe to release a 64-bit Flash plugin for Windows. It's been years now... :club:

Well, to change the subject, I found out how to get the jumbled text out of my Pinnacle tuner!

I just had to switch the recording type from "DVD Long Play" to just "DVD". :D

Here are two videos to differ:

DVD Long Play
"Jung at Heart" by Master Cylinder (The Volkswagen Song) - January/February 2010

DVD
"Viva Las Vegas" by Jonny Ramone on The Weather Channel

Just look at the LDLs, you'll notice the difference if you look closely.

I slept 12 hours last night. I said I wanted to take a nap, not a full night's sleep. Maybe I was very tired.  :hmm:

Ana, consider yourself lucky. Due to extreme stress and habit, I haven't had a 12 hour nap in at least 2 to 3 years. I would kill to have another :P

Since my family was out for the evening right after my little sister's baseball game, I decided to just take a short nap. Apparently I "over-napped". It was around 8:30 when I went to sleep, and woke up at 8:30-9:00 this morning. I feel refreshed again. It's better to get 12 hours of sleep during the weekend, just once in a while. Too much of these can result in health problems.

What a nasty event going on 800 miles to my south. All I can do is hope I get something like it later this year. I see Dr. Forbes is a bit concerned about what is going on in "Yah-zoo City" (not Yaz-oo), and I can see his point. Must be a nasty tornado down there.

I heard the city is taking a direct hit there. I feel bad for the residents there. :(

He compared it to the Greensburg, KS Tornado back in 2007, he even said looking at it on radar made me him sick, so you know that's bad.  :(
