FIrst of all, you don't want Total Video COnverter...its a video converter (duh?). Go to download.com. They have many good freeware programs there that convert Audio formats.

Whenever you import an WMA file into ITUNES, it automatically converts it to the format selected in the Preferences.

it doesn't seem to work on my Mac though when I try to convert audio it on iTunes. I have no idea why. When I try import a WMA file, iTunes does nothing.

WMA = Windows media audio, its a windows thing.. You can have the wmv codec on your Mac but you might have to download it.

I'm not joking download Total Video Converter and it will work like a charm! I use it to convert my wma's to mp3 and mp4 for my ipod all the time
