On July 15th all Youtube users channels will be FORCE UPGRADED to the new sh***y beta channels.

No offense, but you can make some of the dumbest topics at times. And yes, but I doubt it's google ideas.

Can someone please explain to me what is so horrible about the new channels? :dunno: While I do have a YouTube account, I do not have any videos uploaded and do not use my channel, so I'm not saying that I like the new design. :no: But many people say they do not like the new channels...why? :unsure:

One thing I would change is to re-add the transparency option to the profile boxes. As it is you can barely see the background image other than on the left and right sides of the profile. That interactive portion of the profiles also needs to have an option whether to have it on or off.

If you're referring to the new profile design, I agree. It's awful. It's mainly ajax (so you can't bookmark or link to things), poorly organized, and doesn't work in IE. I honestly don't see what was wrong with the previous one.

The thing I hate most about it is the inability to open the videos in new tabs because it's all AJAX.

Instead of implementing these crappy channels, why not fix the countless bugs I've encounted on the site? These new channels will probably only add on to the list of bugs, as I'm sure there will be a handful of them when they roll out.
