Carl Parker in for Kelly... I wonder if we'll see Scott on Weekend Now.
Carl actually works well with Betty, imo.

Alexandra and Heather? Wow, I don't recall seeing them paired up since 2003 during the mornings. I think they both go great together even though Alexandra seems more of an evening person to me.

The last time I saw them paired up was when they were on YWT....wow...late 2003 I believe when Jennifer Lopez went on maternity leave and Alex moved to evenings.

No, that was in late 2004. Alexandra was just filling in for Jen at that point. Jennifer returned to the show after her leave, but Alexandra would later get the EE shift permanently in March 2005.

Wow, they have First Day of Summer graphics! They're still using the same graphic they've used since 2006, but they didn't do anything to celebrate the first day last winter and spring (instead they had the Why I Love ___ weeks).

Speaking of that, will TWC have a "Why I Love Summer Week?" :dunno: I guess it couldn't be this week because "Hurricane Week" is this week. IMO, TWC has too many "special" weeks, such as Hurricane Week, Tornado Week, WeatherReady Week, Why I Love __ Week, etc.

Why I Love Summer Week is scheduled for mid-July. I guess you can thank you know who for those special weeks. TWC didn't have nearly as many as an private network.

I know this isn't that important but this has bugged me... has anyone noticed whenever they show a three lined lower third on the 11PM PM Edition, the first line is the brighter blue used in the daytime lower thirds? I'm surprised they've never fixed this, it's been like this since PM Edition started airing late at night on weekends.

It's been like that on EEWC/SW/WO/earlyWV/latePME ever since they got new OverDrive operators for those shows back in January.
