So, we indeed do have full preemption as Weekend Now rolls on (with the Day Planner set configuration) with Adam and Ryan.

And they just aired a blue bar of doom saying:

RED RIVER
FLOODINGRIV

They took it down right away. :P

well, to be honest, I don't really need to use the service because NOTHING happens in El Centro (where I live).

Their placement of OCM's reminds me of what they (used to) do in Storm Alert Mode. Random OCM's would go at the most unusual times.
