Carl sounded even worse today during Weekend Now, then it looks like they let him leave early, leaving Kevin do do the rest of the show by himself.

When did he leave? When I tuned to WN at 12:30 today Kevin was solo. I figured he was solo the entire broadcast.

He DOES work in a relatively enclosed environment, with a decent number of other people. Colds do tend to circulate in such environments you know.  ;)

For once, Adam has to come into work on Monday. He will be filling in for Carl, who apparently is going to a concert, but the way he sounded today, he might have to stay at home and rest.

I can't imagine how Carl would feel going to a concert the way he sounded. That would have to suck if he spent a lot of money on tickets...

BTW, I wonder if Adam will cycle around and have next weekend off with Carl working the shift instead, it's quite a possibility.
