Did you capture this?? for sure it must have been a dedication to me if they were talking about the temps here and used a diff. bg :bleh:

Is it just me or does the font used on the lower thirds seem a little more faint than usual?

it was around 12pm but they kept doing it throughout the day when they brought up Plant City, FL

I saw a promo for TWC Prime Time. I think it could be part of the schedule changes.
I am so confused about what this whole thing means.

I've been checking my guide (since one of the perks of these HD boxes is that the guide goes out two weeks), and I don't see anything different  :dunno:

The change might take a couple days to a week to take effect on cable boxes because they were already scrambled before showing Storm Stories @ 5 around the end of 2010.

My cable box TV Guide with Charter only goes out 48 hours or so, so I can't see anything that far in advance.

the Plant City, FL Freeze Graphic showed the Average Freezes for December and it showed 8 Days below freezing compared to the average 1 day.

Are you sure what you're seeing aren't local ad insets broadcasted by your headend?
