Darn, i should've posted it but oh well, The Plant City Freeze graphic was using the XL V3 Background. it was at a different angle.

it was around 12pm but they kept doing it throughout the day when they brought up Plant City, FL

The change might take a couple days to a week to take effect on cable boxes because they were already scrambled before showing Storm Stories @ 5 around the end of 2010.

the Plant City, FL Freeze Graphic showed the Average Freezes for December and it showed 8 Days below freezing compared to the average 1 day.

Are you sure what you're seeing aren't local ad insets broadcasted by your headend?
