That was pretty confusing. It reminds of the first time I heard vocal music on TWC a few years ago. Then, I though it was an error or I was just hearing things.

They played the song only for the Movie "Country Strong" which appears in theaters today ( Top Right Ad was Country Strong during those LF's) so it seemed like a Sponsor LF.

The reason why they did that was so most of the full-time OCMs could have an equal airtime (Mon-Fri, Sat-Wed, or Wed-Sun).
