LOL at Carl. :lol: Just a few minutes ago on Day Planner when he was talking about dew points, he said something like: "When the dew point reaches the 70s, that ain't good, dog." :P Carl is such a good OCM! :biggrin:

BTW, is Kelly always on DP, or is she substituting for someone today? :unsure:

She's subbing for Heather today, but she and Betty work DP on Thursdays and Fridays and then Weekend View.

Why is it during YWT that they always call it "Local weather and traffic on the 8s"? I think just sticking with the signature LOT8s is sufficient.

Some places, such as mine, don't have traffic reports. We have tides and the marine forecast.

I think it's the next step to making TWC less focused on weather if they say weather and traffic instead of just "local (weather) on the 8s.
