IS REPORTED ON STREETS RUN ROAD NEAR GLASS RUN ROAD. RESIDENTS ALONG
STREAMS AND CREEKS SHOULD BE ALERT FOR RISING STREAM LEVELS.
ALTHOUGH THE HEAVY RAINFALL THREAT IS ENDING WITH THE COLD FRONTAL
PASSAGE...STREAMS AND CREEKS WILL CONTINUE TO RISE THROUGH 10 PM AS
THE RAIN RUNS OFF INTO THE CREEKS.
A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
HOWEVER...ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
IMMEDIATELY.
BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
