Pfft Nor'easters? Those are just puney little snow storms :D
They can bring blizzards too. A few years ago there was a nor'easter that brought us some twenty or thirty inches of snow.

The actual temp is -12, wind gusts nearly 45 MPH, wind chill -35...

On weather.com, its basically the exact same thing we've been seeing for months, just a few degrees warmer. Only 2 days where it gets above 40...

Gil or Steve (Spring Rubber), did you smell kind of a burning-smoke smell today?  I was outside and smelled it constantly...figured someone was barbecuing...then I go 30 miles north, and I still smell it.  I wonder what's up :unsure:

 :thrilled:  Look at this.  Apparently, it's called a "pneumonia front" and involves a RAPID and SHARP temperature drop.  Going from upper 70s ahead of it to the upper 40s behind it.

It's so extreme, I was sweating 45 minutes ago.  Now I feel a chill  :brr:
