It's been very pleasant weather-wise the past few days here. We actually set another record low temp this morning; 54 degrees.

The weather we have seen feels more like sealy fall weather, something like what I'd expect in September, not July. Nonetheless, I'm enjoying it.

Currently getting a nice soaking of (needed) rain due to a very slowly moving thunderstorm cell. We're actually under a flood advisory!
