Title: Weatherscan #20282 glitch

Hi STAR team

I woke up this morning, and I saw that the Weatherscan here in Spokane has been jumpy, skipping frames every few seconds or so, similar to what it had done a few months ago. Can this be looked into?

Hate to sound like a broken record, but my Weatherscan is jumping again as of this morning. Is it possible for another reboot?
