Warning Crawl Issues...?

I'm not sure if this is an issue, but it's definitely something that needs to be addressed.

1. There is a FFW scroll on Weatherscan right now (only Weatherscan, not TWC). I'm pretty sure that the warning is outside of the STAR's coverage area, which would mean it shouldn't be scrolling...right? (See attachment).

2. As mentioned in #1, the warning is only scrolling on Weatherscan, not TWC. I think this is related to a problem that Memphis' IS had earlier today. The IS cut out mid-forecast with no audio.



And of course, I don't know exactly where the STAR's coverage area is, but I thought I would let you know of this.

Hardeman County is covered on Wxscan, but not on the SD I-star. NOTE: This is according to the area served data the headend has given TWC. Just to be consistant and play it safe, I will add Hardeman County to the I-star area served.

Hey STAR Team,

I hate to bump this topic, but we've got another possible issue. Weatherscan (again, only Weatherscan, not TWC) is scrolling a Flash Flood Warning for Itawamba, Lee, Prentiss, Tippah, Tishomingo, and Union counties. I am pretty sure that something is going on here, being that these counties are hardly even visible on Weatherscan's radar.

If one of these counties is in the Weatherscan coverage area, could they either 1. Be removed from Weatherscan's coverage area or 2. Be added to the IntelliStar's coverage area? If neither of these are possible, could Weatherscan's radar be zoomed out a bit to include these counties?

Tippah is the county which is covered by Wxscan but not by the SD Istar. Note: Wxscan counties do not necessarily have to match I-star domestic. It is the H/e's choice as to the area severed. We follow what they tell us...Thus, don't assume they should always match. I did widen the Wxscan radar a little to allow Batesville to show. Otherwise, counties show on the radar as they should according to the area served.
