My SD Local on the 8's has a different location then my HD one

On the SD weather channel it has the right location I live in (Anderson,SC) But on the HD weather channel Which I like the most because of the side bar has  spartanburg  on the local on the 8 which is about an hour away and usually has different weather then anderson can this be fixed? Idk the weather ID but i Have charter I live in anderson,sc the HD channel is 797
