Since January 25th, it appears all XLs (at least from what I have seen) have not been broadcasting vocal local narration. I'm not sure if this is an issue or if it was intentionally turned off for whatever reason. I have noticed this issue on XL #3465 (Mattoon, IL) and XL #5201 (Bennington, VT).
