Title: Topeka, KS - IS2 issues
Post by: KevOwensby on October 20, 2012, 05:26:31 PM
My intellistar 2 has been having some issues with the LDL as of recently. Sometimes, the information on the local ldl displays but the background doesn't show...so it's a lot clustered because you can see through to the national information. We also have the occasional green screen issue and it has been freezing sometimes too.

Thanks.

We get the same issues on our IS2 here in Topeka, KS as well.

As this is a separate issue, I would normally suggest creating a new thread. Please provide your Star ID so TWC Star Team can isolate the particular unit affected. Also, if you have pictures/video showing the issue, please post them.

Figured since it is apparently a problem with multiple units, it's probably an issue with all of them. Didn't figure it'd be worth a seperate thread.

I recorded it doing the see-through LDL. It only happens when they're interrupting long-form at 8pm ET / 7pm CT and they pull out of the LF on the IS2. The LF stays on with just backgrounds for about 15 seconds and then it dumps out of it to the clear LDL.
