IntelliStar Glitch on Unit #22204

Hello STAR Team :wave:,

This morning I noticed a few things wrong with my unit, The first thing I noticed was that TWC logo was missing from the blue LDL,the template to the Almanac was missing (that has been fixed since I got back from school) and the icons reversed back to the old IntelliStar icon set including on the big LDL during PM Edition right now. I was also getting the national LDL from this morning up until PM Edition came on when I got back home I posted pictures below to show what I'm talking about.

Wow, you're lucky enough to get the old IS icons back. I would've kept them if I were you :P

That happened to my friends STAR a few months back after a reboot. Did it happen to your unit?

I find it very interesting how the IS can revert back to icons in any of these circumstances. I guess its just how they updated it :hmm:

Maybe the old icons and old system are meant to be the backup if something happens to the STAR like a reboot?

That happened to my Grandma's IntelliStar in the past couple days. She has Comcast, and a STAR ID of 22228 (not far off yours in Atlanta.) That also happened to mine (23527, Charter Communications) back in May.

I wonder if there's been instances where the IntelliStar reverted back to the 1998-2006 icons after an error... :thinking:
