Hello, my STAR ID is 21872 and I am having trouble where I only hear sound coming from the left speaker and nothing at all coming from the right channel. It's been like this for the last couple of months. I've tried calling Comcast about this and they keep telling me it's an issue on TWC's end. I'm not sure if this is true or not, but if it isn't could you possibly relay this issue to my headend so they can take care of this? The reason I ask is because I have no way of contacting headends, I can only get to Comcast's national customer service line. Thanks for your help.
