IS2 failing

Our IS2 is continuously failing to cue for some reason. It's been happening for a couple weeks now. We get the local LDL, LOT8's, & the new "cornered LOT8's" during primetime then it won't cue back on for a half hour or hour. I see it every day at random times. Then it will cue right, or sometimes late, for a long time. Can someone take a look at the issue? Thanks!

Bringing my posts back to this thread instead of hijacking the other since the issues aren't the same as I thought. For the past couple days our IS2 is glitching out. It keeps green screening and while it's running it disappears and shows the national feed for a second or two and comes back but then keeps flashing out. I noticed that the warning tones are playing again during warnings but I don't know if that update has anything to do with it or if it's from my other report that the IS2 isn't cueing during the 6:30pm-7:30pm time frame and it being fixed. Also getting random audio drop outs now. Thanks.

Edit: The IS2 is still not cueing at the 6:30-7:30pm hour time frame. It wasn't fixed, don't know why I put that in.
