It is back up :)
I think Time Warner Cable has been busy for the last month or so trying to get ready for adding additional DOCSIS channels for the internet so the Intellistar 2 was probably not being looked at or was not a top priority.

It is back up :)
I think Time Warner Cable has been busy for the last month or so trying to get ready for adding additional DOCSIS channels for the internet so the Intellistar 2 was probably not being looked at or was not a top priority.
The same day that I noticed it came back up it crashed and has been missing since then and it has been frustrating having to watch the SD version of the weather channel for local info sigh. Been going now for almost 3 months.

That's awful. There really is no excuse at all for the Star to be out of service for three months.
