Title: IS2 #31669 out again seems to have gone out overnight

The IS2 is out in my area can it be fixed asap?

Here is my areas info and cable provider information

Weather Star id: 31669
Primary City: Arlington Texas
Cable Provider: Time Warner Cable (North Texas system Texas Division)

Still down as of 2/21/2012 at 4:39 am CST.

Can this be investigated further Star 31669 has been down for 2 weeks now and is still not up.
