Intellistar 23299 freeze and glitching

Hey STAR Team the Intellistar for 23299 in Gulfport, MS. will freeze up during either the regional and or local radar, the rad/sat, or the commute map/almanac. Sometimes it will freeze up for 5 seconds then finish the local forecast but be 5 seconds behind or sometimes it will glitch and the rest of the LF is the satellite LF. Could you please look into this issue.
