Title: IS #22665 Showing national feed/nearby locations

Hello STAR Team,

Several days ago during a storm, power/cable was knocked out, when it returned, TWC was off the air for a while. My star #22665 first showed the national feed for a few days, now the local is back, but with a different city, Binghamton NY.

Will you please look into this at your earliest convenience. Thank you in advance.

UPDATE: the Intellistar is back to normal. Thank you again for your help and I really appreciate it!
