Title: IS 21945 starting late again

IS 21945 in San Jose, CA is starting the LF 15 seconds late. It is annoying especially on the squeezeback.

Now the Intellistar is making glitches like making pixels and pausing the audio during the LF and also during the TWC Feed making it unwatchable. It showing signs of deterioration. Other channels are fine so it is probably the Intellistar.   Can someone reset or fix this Intellistar?

I have reset this Intellistar.  Let me know if it corrects the issues.

You kind of fix it. It's starts the LF at the correct time now but It's still making "pixels" , pausing the audio and glitches during the LF and the TWC Feed. I think it is deteriorating

EDIT: As of 10:00PM PT, the glitches stopped and everything is back to normal. Thanks for fixing the Intellistar. I let you know if it starts glitching again.

Now, the Intellistar is glitching AGAIN and now made the TWC Feed black now. Please fix it!
