I honestly think this unit needs to be replaced... It's been reset at least once a day, yesterday twice, and it still gets nowhere.
Sometimes it won't switch properly between products, shown in the video below.

This happens every now and then, it's an off and on issue.
Then there's some instances where the video freezes and then the IS resets after showing a gray screen (Happened again at 1:20 PM 6/8)-

Any help fixing this would be great, thanks Star Team.
