Title: IntelliStar constantly cueing early or late

Hello STAR team,

On recent videos I've seen online of an IntelliStar based in Richmond, CA (#21939), the STAR always cues either ~5 seconds early or ~5 seconds late. Could this be looked into? It has to be an issue with the STAR itself since no one else's STAR seems to be doing this. Thanks a lot.

I have rebooted this star.  Not sure it will help.

Nope, as of last Friday it was still cueing incorrectly

Has to be something with the FiOS headends. My FiOS IntelliStar constantly cues late, even after reboots.

This is a Comcast unit.
