IntelliStar 23527 Issue

Hello, STAR Team.

My almanac reporting site has been Ypsilanti for about the past 7-10 days. Ypsilanti is a town about 50 miles to my northwest. The almanac reporting site should be Monroe (or Custer Airport). Can you fix this issue?

YIP has been in the ALMANAC for some time. I looked at area served data and substituted DTW. TTP, Monroe does not meet our requirements for Almanac data.
