Intellistar 2 in Grapevine-Irving-Lewisville Not Working

As of 11:30AM (Central), the IS2 that serves Grapevine, Irving, and Lewisville is not working. All I'm seeing are national conditions/forecasts, especially on the LOT8s segments.

Headend: Time Warner Cable (soon to be Charter)
Channel: 37 / 211
STAR Type: Intellistar 2
