Hi

The HD star in Albany,NY has been down the last several hours (since at least 4pm) on Time Warner Cable.

Hi Star Team,

The Albany, NY IS2 HD clock seems to be off  by 4 hours.  Right now showing 3:10 instead of 7:10.   The radar clock is off by that much too during LOT8s.
