Title: Incorrect Star ID (IS)

Ever since SL bought out our cox headend, Suddenlink changed the channels sometime in 2005-06. Since then my star ID has been incorrect. Channel 12 is a public educational channel. If possible, can you change it to show the correct ID?

Requested that the Channel ID be corrected, should be fixed by tomorrow.
