Local on the 8s timing
« on: April 30, 2013, 03:34:59 PM »
Since The Weather Channel only show the 60 Second Flavor during Local on the 8s every single day since April 1, 2013.
I'm a weatherman. I love my weather. I would love to go any trips if the weather is nicer.

I'd personally love to see a return of the 3-minute local forecasts.

Out of the available options, it's two minutes or bust for me.  The LF's do serve a purpose (which TWC is diminishing).  30 se 60 seconds isn't long enough IMHO to convey much meaningful weather data.  2-minute LOT8's should leave them plenty of time for commercials and coverage of Gimmick Tornado Week.
