Title: Broken screens on Weatherscan

Hi STAR team

My Weatherscan has been experiencing outages on couple of screens.

The first screen is the Allergy Report during the spring/summer Health product, which has been saying "No Report" since March of last year. The second screen is the Palmer Drought Severity screen during the Garden segment, which has been saying "Temporarily Unavailable" for the past week or so.

Can this be looked into somewhat?

Palmer Drought Index seems to not be working at all. It's not working here in Topeka, either.

The drought monitor is broken here as well, although the allergy report is working fine.

Palmer Drought Severity and the Health Forecast are both unavailable on the Memphis Weatherscan, 27526.

Palmer Drought Severity isn't been working on the Brockton Weatherscan for at least 2 weeks now.
