#21945 no audio

Intellistar ID #21945 has no audio on the TWC National Feed. Only the LF has audio.

Sounds like your headend has only the left audio feed of TWC being processed yet is modulating the right-audio channel from the STAR unit. I would call Comcast about this issue. Also, your IS may be fed off the same system that IS #21939 (Richmond/Berkeley) is fed off of as they have this audio issue, too.
