Title: Blank Star ID Screen on 22622 Error

Hey Star Team,

Since April 2010 and periodically repeating itself today, the New Bedford Area's Intellistar has had a blank ID screen with a dot on the top right corner (where the Star ID is supposed to appear)

Channel 47

Fall River/New Bedford, MA
