Hi, Star Team! Good work with the IS2. I noticed on my local box (#99910, Grand Forks, ND, Midcontinent Communications) that the regional Doppler displays (should be) I94 across south-central North Dakota. Instead, it shows up as I90 on the label (which is in South Dakota). Also, "Grand Forks" in the top left (above current/tonight/tomorrow temp) is slightly cutoff on the top by the edge of the safe title. Right now, that appears to be the only thing that is incorrect on my unit. I'll be sure to keep my eyes peeled.
One small suggestion that caught my eye: Would it be possible to put a ° between the forecast high/low temp and the 'F' in the 48hr local forecast? Right now it's listed as"38F" and it looks kinda funky to me.
Thanks and keep up the great work!!

I've logged the mistake on the Interstate sign, that needs to be fixed. Can you tell me if you are still seeing 99910 as the id? That is the generic number which should have been replaced with the actual id number. Thanks.

Thanks for checking into this! The STAR is still showing 99910 as the ID as of 10:58a central today.
Update: Still showing 99910 for the ID as of 12:59p central 11/4/10

Here's another update for you, STAR Team: the Grand Forks unit is now showing #28785 for its ID number. However, the east/west interstate through North Dakota, down through Minnesota and into Montana is still displaying I20. I noticed over the weekend that the IS2 in Bismarck, ND is also showing I90. Here is an image to reference...my apologies for the small image size. Thanks for looking into it!

The Interstate sign issue has been reported but won't be fixed until sometime after the holidays. I'll post again when done so I can see if it is fixed in the field.
