Title: #26822 having trouble again

It seems that for the past several days, IntelliSTAR unit #26822 has been cuing the local forecast really late (5 to 8 seconds late, varies). This is also affecting all local services provided by the unit (LDL, STAR ID screen, etc).

It looks like #26822 is cuing really late again, I've seen it cue up to 10 seconds late.
