Title: #26822 Cuing Issues

Hi TWC STAR Team, I'm visiting a friend's house and while watching TWC there, I've noticed that IntelliStar #26822 is cuing a few seconds late. At first, I thought it's a typical problem like on my original IS, but after seeing a Sherman Williams commercial, the next commercial began and the local card pops up a few seconds too late. Could you please look into this? Thanks for your time and consideration.

Hi STAR team. Don't wanna bring up this topic again, but a friend of mine that watches TWC through Verizon FiOS told me the cuing issues with IntelliStar has started again. This time, his IntelliStar cues 10-15 seconds later.
