The Weather Channel on my local cable system is failing to work. Since about 2:15 local time, it had many glitches, but for the last 10 minutes, it is not working at all.

This can be closed or deleted. TWC is working again, has been for at least 5 hours or so and therefore this topic is no longer relevant.
