Hey Star Team

Ever since Thursday night (Thanksgiving) my local Intellstar's feed was not working with black screen with LDL and only worked during local ad inserts and Locals with no music

it eventually came back Monday morning @ 11:38am without a hitch

But at 3:43pm today and ever since the Feed is down again with the same residual effects as above

Could you please look into this? something has to be very wrong for this feed error to occur

Pictures attached is the ID screen during the error and black screen with ldl

video is Local without music

Location: Fall River/New Bedford, MA

Provider: Comcast/Xfinity

Hey Star Team

as of 12:08pm my area's intellistar Feed is down again with the same residual effects as 1st posted

Does my star need any maintenance to fix the problem? or could my area switch to an alternative star feed?

this is the 3rd time in 3 weeks this failure has occurred
