Eric, you must contact a moderator or administrator via PM first if you wish to make a request for changes to your LF.  We will reply back with our decision of approval or disapproval.  If you are approved, you may post your topic.  Martin has created a separate thread that only administrators can see where we will post the usernames of those who have been approved.  Members do not need to police this part as it will be done by us.  Of course, if your request is to report errors or outages, you are exempt from this rule and may post directly here without any consequences.

In short, the STAR Team wants far more meaningful topics in the support thread as they have been overwhelmed by some members who are abusing their privilege.  Frankly, I think people are way too obsessed over their STARs, which is the real reason behind this problem here.  Treat the LF as simply a tool, not an essential thing that has to be perfect in order for your life to be complete.
